Taylor Greenquist, Construction Manager

Gleaning wood scraps from his neighbor for a treehouse in 1994, Taylor began his fascination with construction and building in central Vermont at a young age. Throughout his childhood, he told his parents he wanted to be an architect, thus eventually graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Architecture. Through a couple architecture internships, he learned the valuable asset of construction knowledge and picked up a toolbelt. Working in design and construction since 2010, Taylor hopes to convey to all clients the necessity of thoughtful design, execution and a team that can deliver just that.

Brit Greenquist, Lead Designer

Brit grew up on jobsites as the daughter of a custom home builder. Her earliest memories include imagining the spaces that would be her future bedrooms, kitchens and nooks for reading her favorite novels. Brit graduated from Regent University in 2011 and spent years working within the design field from a variety of roles, establishing her own approach to constructing spaces. In 2017, she decided to take a risk and start designing and renovating homes directly. These days Brit continues to expand her passion of helping families create functional, beautiful and warm spaces. She hopes to inspire clients to truly live and tell their own story through their four walls.
